Stayed here for a week on business and was very happy with the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the AC go the room cold very quickly and was not loud. Rooms were clean and had everything you would expect. The showers were nice and clean but the water pressure wasn’t great and it took a while to get hot. The hotel property was nice and has a nice pool area. The staff were nice and helpful. Unfortunately the bar wasn’t open every night due to them not having enough bartenders, but there are places close by to drink. The breakfast was good … not great but good enough. I will definitely try to stay here again when Im back in town.
Very nice hotel, especially for the price. The room was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Check in was quick and easy. When I got to my room I found the door was not closed. There was nothing wrong, the for just didn't close all the way without some extra effort. The water pressure was very low and took a while to heat up. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. The young man who attended it was courteous and helpful. The best part was the view out of the back of the hotel and the walking path that was back there. Just watch out for "campers" who stay in the woods. Overall it was a nice stay. I would highly recommend it.
Faith, the bartender stayed open for us when she had no customers ! My partner and I had the worst week and were here for one night!! She made it for us. Amazing customer service - and that’s me, as a Dallas bartender. She was amazing. 10/10 will come back just to see her!!
Felt like almost brand new property, very well maintained and clean. Rooms are quite spacious, clean and perfectly maintained. Quite comfortable beds n clean linens. They've small pool n gym. Breakfast is good, standard though. On-site bar is open in the evenings. Really felt quite happy with the front desk, very polite and make you comfortable.
Every single staff member was very courteous. Every single one of them greeted us and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was on time and it was Christmas Day. They had a Hot Chocolate Bar on Christmas Eve. It was just a wonderful time with my family
The walls are a little thin, we could hear the people next door watching TV at midnight. Other than that it was good. Free breakfast is always nice.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, well-kept and clean. Bar had an amazing selection. The bartender Angie was the highlight of my stay with her conversation and excellent service.
Stayed almost a week. It is considerably more expensive than other newer hotels with same amenities, but it's where our family chose for us. It's not too bad a location. Easy to find groceries, gas, food. It is clean, and staff is very nice. I think I could only say negative about housekeeping and breakfast, but also feel they are short staffed. Breakfast was out of many things several times, but there was enough to work around that. Appreciate the vegan and no pork options especially. Housekeeping left trash sit quite a bit, and it was hard to get our towels replaced. I am assuming they are busy. Overall, we had a nice stay. The view is beautiful
